Suggestion to seperate categories by the criteria of standarts.

Utopian.io is the open source project driven by volunteers and curious people all around the world. Gathers all contributors and help to improve open source projects by rewarding contributions.

Here i have an important suggeston to create standarts in utopian.io

Where do i get that idea that we have to make seperation even in the single category to handle with contributions in order.

Today i got a replies from @mkt about one of my contributions in tutorial category. From the previous times i shared my lessons on PHP with same method of preperation and proposal. Those had been approved by some other moderators but this time @mkt asked somethings extra from me. Lets speak about this.

As you can see moderator spesified there isnt anything against the rules in my post but he would like to see some fixes to improve content quality.

In one way he is right, but another completely wrong.

Under the tutorial rules i did everything okey, the values you are asking from me to change simply out of lesson and it goes to the development or i may even create new repository in github to make that project open source. However it was just a simply "how to create simply chat system on php".

So what now? while both of you are right what must be done ?

Categorization in categories are REQUIRED even right now for utopian.io. Community growing really fast. If i could change the wishes of @mkt i would get %8 percent of upvote from utopian while i doesnt deserve that much right ? it was simply chat module system you can find anywhere on the internet. So is this bad content ? no, but value is lesser than complete original content. While some other person shows you somethings relevant with knowledge, you must not be rewarded with the same amount.

How can we assign criteria of standarts ?

In between community owners, moderators and all collabrators you may set criterias of posts in 3 different levels;

1- light ( Simple contents. not so much work needs, but original only for utopian.) its even better to spread the links on the web. So worth might be around 1-10$
2- medium ( Requires skill and standarts, longer than light contents. post should have something originally created by the author.)
3- tasty as hell ( completely translation of project no matter how many strings in it, complete graphic designs for project or code developments by the standarts )

I am %100 sure all of you have some ideas based on this and it might be trigger for you to start on this.
