the suggested section is an information that addresses a steam level mark that many users are not aware of.
In Steem Power there are several levels of levels that need to be in the know by the user. So, it's not just whales that has been a target to get votes from whales. Actually whales is the highest level in Steem Power. Before reaching level of whales, there are still four other levels with different steem strengths ..

Plankton

plankton is the lowest level in Steem Power, has a Power Steem Power of less than 488.6 SP

Minnow

minnow is the second level with Steem Power 488.6 to 4,886 SP

Dolphin

dolphin third level with Steem Power 4,886 to 48,660 SP

Orca

Orca leve fourth with Steem Power 48.660 to 488.600 SP

Whale

Whale is the highest level with Steem Power power above 4,886,000 SP

Proposal

the components that should be provided by the developer is a sign that can provide information to the user about the steem power level they have so they understand how to view it not only see an information and know the information

The addition of steam level information can be done as I give it if the developer accepts my suggestions or can make this in another easy-to-know section of the user
