Auction Finds - More On Rhodesia
I remember my mom used to call them the "whenwe"s. She was referring to ex-Rhodesians who moved en masse to South Africa when Rhodesia became Zimbabwe in 1980. Many ex-Rhodesians also migrated all over the world, and are incredibly nostalgic about the beautiful country they left behind. This makes selling anything related to Rhodesia a pleasure. I have just sent a big order to a customer in Canada. Here are some of the things he bought.

@onetree These are very interesting and wonderful finds! Lots of history I cannot see anywhere else. It's like going back to school but without a nasty teacher telling me to remember all the dates!

Funny how history becomes fascinating when you leave school. I have noticed this with many people. I was one of those who like it in school too though. :)
