Extracting file apk still occurs after clicking undo

Expected behavior
If the extract apk file button is clicked mistakenly, expected after clicking undo in the process of extraction no apk file will be saved.
Actual behavior
After clicking the undo feature apk file was still saved in the targeted folder in file manager.
How to reproduce
- download openAPK app from F-droid
- launch the app and allow it load properly
- select a specific app
- click the extract apk file option indicated with a downward arrow
- click the undo pop up
- go back to file manager and check opebAPK folder
App file still exist
- App version: 1.2.1
- Operating system: 7.0
