LUST FADING AWAY

there is always a clear difference between love and lust.
Lust goes after things physical like six-packs, good sex, broad shoulders, straight legs, curvy body, beauty, etc. It fades away the very moment those things are gone. Love
knows when it's real because it's often indescribable and sometimes you find no reason for it. Love is bright enough
to shine through all the night seasons of your life. It is warm enough to wrap up in the chill of an aloof world.
There is one thing we all want from a relationship- ***To know
that you won't be abandoned-no matter what. ***To be yourself-hiding nothing, not even your worst imperfection-
and know your friend won't run out on you. Just being you and you alone knowing that he or she loves and accepts you just as you are?
Natural blood ties don't always wear as well as heart ties.
The Bible says there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother(Proverbs 18:24).
A true friend is one who stands by you, honoring and affirming you. A true friend should desire to see you prosper
in your finances, in your health, in your relationship with the Lord, in your career, purpose and ministry.
A true friend is really one of the best gifts God will ever give you. Sometimes, you go back and forth with that very person, you cut ties or lose contact with each other, but one
thing or the other takes you back to each other again. It's often amazing how that happens. When you find love in friendship or friendship in love, you are made.
Pray and ask God to make your paths cross with your best friend and one who loves you genuinely (not for anything selfish) and accepts you just as you are. One who would not push you into becoming fake just to be accepted. One who will never set out to compete with you. One who will tell you the truth in all love even when it hurts. Yes, the truth will hurt sometimes but he or she will help soothe the pain. One who sees your mess and helps clean and cover you up. He or she must show genuine interest in your aspirations and helps you realize them. Ask God for a true friend who will remember you each time he or she goes on his knees before God. He or she loves you just the way you are and doesn't push you to become someone else.
*Marriage is more beautiful when you are best friends. You find peace, serenity, and comfort around that person. If you are in it with your best friend, you are fulfilled even whenthere is nothing physical to show for your happines
