@Steemcurator04 & Country Representative Report - Ghana || 10% Beneficiary Reward To @Steem-Ghana

Greetings Steemit Team, Country Representative of Steem POD & all Steem Executives!

The week has ended successfully, we have also began another fresh week with our normal duties as Country Reps and curators in our respective geographical continents. I would therefore with to report on my duty as CR for Ghana, as well as Curator using Steemcurator04 Account.

This report covers two weeks intensive work from 9th to 23rd August 2021. I would also use the opportunity to that my fellow curators from Geographical location of Africa and to my fellow Country Representatives from Ghana for their support and teamwork.

Using the Steemcurator04 Account, Curation was done on 9th and 18th August respectively. During my Curation, I visited many of the posts with varying Curation rewards depending on post quality. Most of the post visited were Newbies Achievement Tasks, The diary game, my town in ten pics and contest posts. Most of my attention was geared towards rewarding Newbies and contest participants. This was to increase the engagement in the community. Comments were left on posts after each Curation.

The Voting CSI remains 13.9, no self voting was done for the past seven days. 145 votes were effected on 100 Accounts. The Account has always been left at 85% for recharge to be used by the next Curator for his Country. Below is the support from steemworld.org

As you are aware we are 3 Country Representatives mining Steem in Ghana. Two of my Reps are @njaywan and @nattybongo who are support our work to move smoothly. We have always been planning together as a team to move the community as well as Steem Blockchain forward. To keep the engagement in the community, we have formed five executive board/ Mod to help in the work as curation, comments, feedbacks, post writing and many other Community work. They are : @farhmade, @rubilu123, @pandev, @alhajibabajnr and @silencewan. They have been working so hard to bring a change that's why you can see how our Community is improvement in our community.

We have decided to host many contests; at least 2 per week to invite many participants in the community. Last week and this week, we had been able to organize two great important contests which have caught the attention of many participants. Below are the contests organized by @rubilu123 respectively.

My Steem promo work of distributing Steemit are ongoing and so far, I have been able to distribute 3 Steemit T-Shirts to hardworking promoters to keep Steem promo work growing. Aside this, I a have been going to places to inviting people, sharing Steemit ideas with them and pasting flyers on vantage points.

In our future plans for Steem, we would like to invest and build Steem greatly since we have seen Steem has great value to our lives. This has enable us to take steps through meetings such zoom, Telegram, Discord and whatsapp meetings to make decisions about how Steem should grow. The most current meetings held is with @magcarnie on zoom discuss it about how we can invite invest in Steem. Some of the areas covered were frequent powering ups our account. Our executive board has been functioning well to plan how Steem should be grown.

With the little resources we have on our exposure, I make sure to move round the community to reward Steemians posts. Comments are left on posts after curation using Steem Ghana Account and my personal account as well. With the five strong teams, extra comments are left on many post in the community. We hope to expand our engagement level to build a strong team.

My appreciation to my team Reps and Mods for their great support with me to lead our Steemians here in Ghana. I also thank all the Steem POD Teams for their immense support and trust in me drawing closer to take part in building Steem Blockchain.
