Hello Dear Steemit Team!,

We are now on the 3 quarter of @steemitblog projects and challenges. The 3rd season of Diary game; now fused with #betterlife surpasses all. It has been so interesting telling our real life and what we do everyday. Isn't this joy, fun, and entertaining? It gives us freedom to just say anything lifestyle that we are living in, through that we are being rewarded. I think it would not be so interesting if quite large number of users are not joining and sharing everyday. It should have been boring if we don't have massive users responding.

With this idea, the attention has been geared towards the CRs ( Country Representatives). But the fact is that, there are many Steemians who are not in this category, yet, doing their best on 3Rs. I think it worth something great if we tackle it holistically than doing it in smaller groups.

The attention was therefore brought to hold this contest when I saw @steemcurator01 comment on my counterpart CR, @njaywan's report update on Ghana. I quoted the comment from this screenshot:

The above leaves us some task to take keen responsibility, not just nine-day wonder, since we are building a large teams unabated. The teams we are building must be progressively increased.

Though we see the CRs as the leaders of the 3Rs, but the we all form part of the team building. If every member of the community or Country is building, then together we can reach the top.

"In this contest, I want you to tell us how you are making effort to make the 3R's happen with "proof of work!" "That is what I mean by proof of work for steem contest." This is very simple, with the help of pictures or screenshots, tell us how you are managing your 3R's initiative. You can give us the proof of either through texts, calls, social media, one-on-one in case the fellow is close. Please, we should be sincere to give accurate information since we want to know how activeness steemians are really working.

I have planned to organise this contest weekly so that it would motivate more steem users to work. I know there are more fresh and exuberant steemians working tirelessly to push Steem, and through this contest, we want to promote and reward them for their hard work. I think this sounds great to building steem in your own country and get much rewards and recognition too.
