@Steemcurator04 & Country Representative Report. Report Dated 29th August - 5th September 2021. 10% Beneficiary to Steem-Ghana
Greetings Steemit Teams. I hereby report on my responsibility as A Curator handling @steemcurator04 Account to for geographical area of Ghana and as A Country Representative for Ghana. I first of thank Steemitblog and Steemcurator01 for the opportunity granted and still being part of this Steem POD work. It is indeed a great honour. I also appreciate the support from my colleagues Curators from Nigeria, Uganda and Cameroon for their mutual support and agreement. To my fellow Country Representatives from Ghana, I also say kudos for the teamwork and support.
To begin with, I would like to put before the house of executive board of Steem to separate the listing of active and dormant Steemians from my usual report here, so that I will prepare a separate weekly report for Steemit Team to see vividly the state of Steem Ghana Community. I think this is not a new thing since we were told for every Country to do that in the last update of Community for the month support program. I humbly draw your attention on this.
My Activities using Steemcurator04 Account
With current updates of trend of Community support program, we have strategized things for every member to get support as far as it meets our rules like, not voting on plagiarize content, at least post be within 300 words, engagement of the Community which involves commenting and upvoting on many posts, quality posts and good presentation using appropriate markdowns, guidance of Newbies, as well as giving feedbacks on comments. Quickly when the update of Community support for the Month was announced, the 3 Country Representatives held a meeting to put things in place. So, we agreed on distributing the Curation rewards from Steemcurator04 and Booming support, so whoever is responsible for curation or selection of posts in the case of booming should be fair and trustworthy. For the few days, we have seen that there is equal distributioin as far as the Author meets the rules set.
My curation using Steemcurator04 Account has never been mixed per the agreement of team of 4 Countries handling the Account. The rotation is every four days. This means that I curated on last 28th August and 4th September 2021. Many accounts were captured with upvotes setting the voting percentage between 30% and 40%. From the Steem world.org, the voting CSI is 12.6. There was no self voting. 137 upvotes were cast on 102 Accounts for the last seven days. This gives accounts on the total work output of all the 4 Country Curators. Below is the presentation of vote by weight and by Count for your studies:

My Weekly Activities as Country Representative:
I would like to present my Activities as CR for the last week till now. A lot have been done in our Community. This is presented with the sub headings:
Contests
Contests are now booming in Steem Ghana Community. This is under the auspices of the great Teamwork of 3 Country Representatives and five Executive Board [ Mods]. These five(5) team members comprising @pandev, @farhmade, @alhajibabajnr, @rubilu123 and @silencewan and doing awesome job. Their extra role given to them are to see to it that a lot of comments are left on posts in addition to the Country Representatives. They are also to share their contests on weekly base rotation. The contests are organized alongside with the Community Contests. The Contests are helping members to to engage the community effectively, as well as inviting others from different Countries to join. We hope as CRs to give our Maximum support to these Mods to motivate them work very hard for the Progress of our community.
My Steem promotion
I have launch a cluster base Promotion at my geographical area in order to reach out more members, create Steem awareness and to get investors for support of Steem. We are team of about 10, but now only two have been able to join me due to traveling for holidays. These two promoters are @delakloe and @kubati who are working so hard. From last two weeks, we were able to move out in Nsuta township to introduce Steem to them. Among these were reaching out to Anidaso micro finance, visiting and sharing Steem with Adu-J Ventures, our introduction of Steem to the Community Police, our introduction of Steem to the Court Clerk, our introduction of Steem to Ghana Muslim Mission students and our introduction to Business sales. All these and other many promotions are embarked on to get more support for Steem.
Community Guidance & Engagement
I have been taking my time to address issues of Steemians both in Steem and outside Steem. Among these members are Steemians who have issues. For those who we live in the same vicinity we are able to meet one on one to help them with any thing they do not understand in Steem whether being difficulties in using markdowns or writing good post.. among these Newbies are @ophoto and @kookd. Aside this, as CR, I also check the daily posts members leave on Steemit blockchain. Comment and give feedbacks. I have seen that many steemians are having challenges of how to use markdowns so I wrote a tutorial yesterday using Steem Ghana Account to help Newbies do the right thing. This post pinned on our notice board for the view of everyone. It has also been shared in our WhatsApp platform.
