Ministering means our service to God. The Holy Spirit is the one that helps us in our ministerial assignments.

But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

John 16:13

I heard of the story of a man who was ready for a journey and was to travel on air. Few minutes to when he was about leaving the house, the Holy Spirit asked him to stay back and sing praises to him. He struggled with this, because he was gonna be late for his flight. But at the end of it, he obeyed and stayed back to worship God.
While worshiping he actually slept off and forgot about the journey. He later woke up the next morning only to see on the TV about the news of a flight crash of the same airline he was supposed to go with. He would have been dead. All thanks to the Holy Spirit.

We should be familiar with this story in Acts 8:26-30

Now an angel of the Lord said to Philip, “Rise and go toward the south to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is a desert place. And he rose and went. And there was an Ethiopian, a eunuch, a court official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasure. He had come to Jerusalem to worship and was returning, seated in his chariot, and he was reading the prophet Isaiah. And the Spirit said to Philip, “Go over and join this chariot.”
So Philip ran to him and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet and asked, “Do you understand what you are reading?”

Not to bore you with the story, you know what happened. The Holy-Spirit is so real.
We all need the complete help of the Holy Spirit but we should desire it.

You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.

Job 22:28

There is power in the tongue. Life and Death are in it.

The Holy Spirit will never mislead us. He's there to guide us into all truth. He's our comforter. He should be our best friend and companion.

Ask for the Holy Spirit today. He's our present help in times of need.
