Wht being successful alone doesn't make anyone great

I used to be on the high school track and field team. That crew was a blast. I used to run fast. My teachers, though, may have been foresighted. I ran 100 metres with a group. I was never a good sprinter. I was so slow that I couldn't keep up and got cut off. Gradually, I began to think my teachers had given up on me. As a member of the squad, I continued to jog to every session. They probably didn't expel me out of pity. I was determined and sincere. I was good. I had a big heart.

I was obediently following orders, but I clearly lacked the necessary talent to compete. I remember feeling defeated at the time. A day of long distance training definitely kept me engaged. That practise session must have aroused the teacher's curiosity. "Who is the girl in the white shorts racing behind?" he pondered, his view blocked. "Desperation," said them. "What longing?" he asked. "But what if zlem isn't? Short-distance runner. You said he should finish his training today. My teacher Emine was stunned and looked at her in astonishment. "You can call me Zlem." "Shall we not educate this girl in the incorrect field?" he asked. After that, I had to do long distance training for a month. A month later, I won the 800m inter-school race in Ankara. After that, I never ran short distances.

Years pass, and schools close. I picked HR without much knowledge at the time. My career in Human Resources has lasted exactly 20 years. I'm delighted I chose this career. I've hired and promoted many employees via the organisation. I watched some of them prosper and develop. I watched as they gathered their belongings and fled the building.

Not every promotion was profitable, and not every exit was costly. They would take a deep breath in my room when a team member couldn't perform. We must handshake with this friend. "It won't happen." In the past, I couldn't sprint 100 metres and Emine never let me leave the squad because of it. No way are we training this girl in the wrong field. I hurt. Is it really that easy to let go? "I've always battled with this sentence. This isn't working, so let's shake hands." What went wrong? Is it possible that education was lacking? Or is it adaptation? Maybe he needed help with bilateral connections. Maybe it was in the incorrect place. It would shine like a gem in the right environment. I'm proud to have helped my instructor Emine's talents blossom in unexpected ways.

Success doesn't make us all beautiful. The only way to do this is to help someone else become great. As he noted, "Relationships are crucial." British author Margaret Wheatley “The cosmos is interwoven, and this is their existence. "Nothing can thrive without the support of others." We must let up of our sense of self-sufficiency. Working with people rather than against them is essential for corporate success.

There is no greater joy or reward than bringing out the best in people we deal with. I hope everyone sees things the same way. It may be a coworker, a neighbor's kid, or a grocery store sla Help those who you believe deserve a better place! Yes, it will take time and effort, but it will be well worth it. I wish you all a great week.
