HOPE BEGINS IN THE DARK
We can't always predict the outcome of events, sometimes things go according to plan and other times they don't. There are times when hope is all we have, if we lose it, then we will have nothing. There is no such thing as false hope, maybe a little hope, but hope nonetheless. To have hope in your self is to believe that you are capable of accomplishing a particular goal. As most successful people will tell you, no one ever starts their journey with a complete plan. You just need the conviction to start somewhere and hope that things will unfold themselves and become clearer as you go.
Anne Lamott (born April 10, 1954) is an American novelist and non-fiction writer. She is also a progressive political activist, public speaker, and writing teacher. She is reported to have said:
Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. You wait and watch and work: you don't give up.
Think about the alternative, to fold your arms and sick back because you are not sure if things will go well. Life is full of uncertainties, if we don't dare, we may never know. In the words of Steve Jobs, the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do. I believe that is what some people describe as faith, taking the first step even though you can not see the entire stair case.
So my short message to the community today is this, have some faith, believe in yourself, take action today and watch out for greatness.

Thank you for the post, recently I have been a bit down about Steemit, this gives me some encouragement to stick with it.
Thanks for taking the time to read, I'm glad you found it useful. When I first joined steemit, I made my mind that I was in it for the long run. So even during the most trying times, I still held onto hope. Just keep doing what you are doing, it will pay off.
