Memories of normal winter

in #photography7 years ago (edited)

Yesterday's night was Christmas according to the Orthodox Christian tradition.

With this date of the calendar, many ancient climatic signs are associated - for the next spring, the harvest, the temperature of summer. Our ancestors tracked them for centuries ...

Now we have in Kursk (just 600 kilometers south of Moscow) does not work any old sign. There is no snow, a temperature of +5, a slush and a low cluster of clouds.

I wanted to see last year's photos of a normal winter, and to introduce you to them. I hope you like them...

i wish i could experience white christmas. nice pics 👍

I think this is a very beautiful image and has an inviting feeling even though it is cold and with snow. Οf my favorite photos in here... congrats

Yes, Russian winter without such images is psychologically bad)) I follow you - your images are also beautiful!

Beautiful pictures! And wishing you a merry christmas my friend! So true that the weather is changing so much with time, here in Canada too there is less snow than there used to before. For us who live in the north, snow is a part of our hearts, it is sad to have winter without it. From my heart Желаю вам много снега в России

Thank you for the congratulations and wishes! And I wish you happiness and snow!
