Woman Dies After Listening to Her Pastor's Instruction Not to Undergo a C-section
I saw a story here about a pregnant woman who lost her life after listening to her pastor's instructions not to undergo a c-section.
As the story goes, the lady who had previously been told her baby was breached and advised by the attending doctor to consider a c-section, went to her pastor for a second opinion. The said pastor prayed and advised against it, claiming c-sections are for non-christians.
Okay, this is the part where my brain 'sparked'. I mean, really! C-sections are for non Christians ??? What manner of babboons come up with such logic?
Do they realize how many lives would be lost if technology hadn't come up with c-section, myself included?
Now to the pregnant lady
My anger towards her is that she died a needless death and also took the right to life of that child along with her. C-section is a positive development of technology, and why she would see it as otherwise baffles me.
There's too much ignorance and gullibility in the christiandom. We Christians need to stopped being swayed by every whim or doctrine that sweeps by. That's why we have the Bible as our guide and go-to in times of confusion.
We serve a God who created life and is pro-life, why would He be against a technology designed to save not just one but two lives.
Ephesians 5: 15-16 says
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
Let's all be careful how we live and what doctrine we choose to follow. No one person has a monopoly of communication with God.
If in doubt, talk to the Father yourself so you make the right decision always.

Saludos buen post, muy reflexivo, felicitaciones

This is the second time I'm hearing a story like this. I wonder what voice these "men of God" hear.
Yeah, it's quite sad. But what's more sad is these women allowing themselves tonnes brainwashed this way.
God might be a God of miracles, but he also gave is wisdom and the spirit of discernment to make the right choices always.
That's true.
I see your point here and I completely agree with you. Sometimes we are blinded by our own belief or even by the belief of the person that we are looking up to. And you are so absolutely correct that in times of doubt, the bible is the best to be relied on. With your honest opinion you gain a follower here. Thank you for sharing this post. ;)
Thank you for taking the time to read. I guess it's common for people to be blinded by the belief ofbthe people they look into, but in all these, we should always know these are humans too and quite fallible.
Again, the Bible should always be out go-to. Thanks for following. I hope you have a blessed day.
