In this time, I would like to share and discuss about some expression of pleasant and unpleasant feelings complete with the explanation.

Happiness and unhappiness

You feel estatic when you are madly in love or are spiritually uplifted for some reason. And then you feel contented when you are peaceful and satisfied with what you have. Notice that content is not used before a noun. You can say she is content or she is contentec but only a contented person.

There are some other expression related to happiness and unhappiness.

1. cheerful when life is looking quite bright and positive.
2. Grateful when someone has done you a favour.
3. Delighted when something has happened that gives you great pleasure, when you hear news of someone good fortune, for instance.
4. Miserable when everything seems wrong in your life.
5. Depressed when you are misarable over a long period time, depressed is considered and illness in some severe cases.
6. Frustated when you are unable to do something that you want to do
   Confused when you cannot make sense of different conflicting feelings or ideas.

Excitement, anger, and anxiety

The are some expression about excitement, anger, and anxiety.

1. You feel excited when you are expecting something special to happen, for example before a party or before meet someone special.
2. Cross when you are angry or bad tempered.
3. Anxious when you are afraid and uncertain about the future for exsmple : I am so anxious about the result of my exams that I can't sleep.
4. Nervous when you are afraid about something about to happen.
5. Upset when something unpleasant has happened to disturb you. It often combines feelings of both sadness and anger.
