Good morning guys. Just checking in with my health update. I have a running nose early this morning. Must have been the shuttle I took the previous evening. However, it's nothing I cannot handle. I'm safe. Woke up to coffee. Did a few skipping. Cold showers, and a piece of snack. I was planning to resume walking in the morning but I haven't gotten a trainer shoe yet.
