*Carúpano Rum
It is obtained with 25 years of closed aging without replenishment of waste, achieving a mixture of notes of hazelnut, walnut and fruit essences that are seen in its intense amber color.
*Roble Rum
This takes 9 years in process. It is bright amber and highlights aromas of wood, chocolate, as well as notes of vanilla, caramel and nuts like orange. A mature Rum of Premium Premium category.
*Cacique Rum
It was created in principle as a special edition. The color of the drink is dark brown with golden tones. It has shades of molasses, bitter chocolate, oak and orange. It is not particularly sweet.
*Diplomatic Rum
Aged up to 8 years in white oak barrels. It is dark golden in color and you can perceive notes of nuts (plums), oak and a delicate spicy touch. Its flavor is very complex and well balanced with notes of nuts, wood and vanilla. It is an Ultra Premium drink and is the result of a mixture of first quality añejos, which harmonize to give it a robust and complex body that is accentuated on the palate. The first aromas that are noticed are vanilla, caramel and sugar and a delicate aroma of tequila can be detected. It has a medium body with well-integrated fruity and sweet flavors with a slight bitter note of coffee.

The COCUI, is a more traditional drink, manufactured exclusively in the western region of the country, is extracted from the agave plant, our natives used it in a medicinal way and its elaboration is a science, with saying that the penca must have a minimum of 7 years, they are placed in an artisanal oven with a meter of depth, after a week is unearthed, we proceed to pilarlas (pillar is to use a hollow wooden container where the agave was deposited and using a wooden mallet he beat him until he extracted as much juice as possible). This guarapo is fermented several days in a kind of brass barrels. Finally, this already fermented liquid is taken to the still for its later distillation.

Since I sell (and enjoy drinking) adult beverages in central Texas, I find this kind of article quite fascinating. If you make another post just about cocui, I would appreciate and upvote that. The same also applies to the rums and beer you wrote about here!
Do you know if any of these drinks are sold in Texas? Especially cocui?
Using Google, I found only one article, which mentioned that some agave liquors besides tequila are available at an Austin bar called Qui. The article, from 2015, didn't say if cocuy was one of the liquors being sold there.

good morning friend @custone, if the cocuy is like tequila but it is a much more traditional drink, with saying that in several regions of Venezuela it is difficult to get it, I have family in the west (Barquisimeto) and therefore I know of the drink, but I live in the east (Cumana) a bit far and here they do not sell it, that's why I do not believe that in the USA they sell it.
