FALL GARDEN KALE
It's fall garden time, but we are way behind.
Thankfully, a couple of varieties of kale have been fighting the heat and pests all summer, and now they finally get their time to shine. In this video I share a bit about our kale and my appreciation for the tenacity of this crop. I'm not sure if it'll make it through the entire winter, but it'll certainly be providing us with a lot of very healthy food as we head through fall. Enjoy!
