At least I made it...
Had to take another trip to Wisconsin, it's just that this was unexpected. My paternal grandfather passed last week, so some of the Little-Peppers and I decided to take a quick (12 hour) drive up for the funeral. When we leave at 3 am we can make the 750 miles trip in time for dinner, so it's not too bad.

My sincere sympathies on your loss. I have buried many folks over the years. All of my foster-parents and a sister and nephew
as well. Don't know how You feel, yet; I empathize.

So sorry to hear about your grandpa, its never easy when we lose someone we love, our condolences to you and your family.
My grandma, who raised me whenever my mom and dad couldn't (which was often) passed back in 1991 and I still miss her every single day.
