I SPEARFISHED MY FIRST FISH YESTERDAY
I've been waiting for this!
Over the past couple of years, I've really enjoyed learning more alternative fishing methods. I love rod and reel fishing too, but it's good to know other ways to harvest fish from the wild. Bowfishing has been a big one for me, and I've been waiting to try spearfishing for a while now. While on a kayak trip yesterday, I did some snorkeling and tried spearfishing some suckers. It took me a minute to figure it out, and not every shot was a success. Here's a handful of photos. Enjoy!
