Can we cook it?
We've been eating and enjoying gar for a couple of years now, and we're still experimenting. In this video, we get creative and I try making some gar pasta. I had high hopes, and my experiment paid off. Gar is such an amazing fish, and can be eaten so many different ways. Each time we try a new way of cooking it, we really enjoy it.
