Oh wow!!!!

A lot of things are happening around here as Spring sets in. In this video, after catching and releasing an irritated Opossum, I get to planting some useful plants around the homestead. The plants include Asparagus, Cilantro, Grapes, American Beautyberry, and Bamboo!

    Asparagus? Oh yummo!! We have it much of the year round here in Thailand and it is sooooo good in a stir fry!! Bamboo? It also grows everywhere here and is AWESOME for food AND building. Bamboo shoots in curries are a rainy season staple here too.
