OUR 1ST 12-POUNDER EVER
This was a beast!
We were up before dawn the other morning, and on the lake before daylight. We put out a pile of jugs and the waiting game began. During our efforts, we managed to pull a dozen longnose gar from the lake, one of which a 49 incher that was 12 pounds. That made it our biggest ever, and we sure were excited. Monster Truck pulled it up on the line and when it hit the surface, I grabbed it, and after it cut my finger with it's teeth, we had it in the kayak. Enjoy the photos.
