PYGMY RATTLESNAKE PHOTOGRAPHY
This was a fun, but cautious photo shoot!
Here are some photos that I took of that Pygmy Rattlesnake I found a bit ago. It was the biggest one I've seen so far. As always, look, but don't touch!

That snake is bad ass man! Cool pics
Thanks! It took a bit to get the shots, but I like the end result.
Very good shots, Mate!....:)...
Nice one! Beautiful snake you've got there. Still ballzier than I as I wouldn't pick up a rattler. My wife and I were out today with my soon to be four year old daughter coming home from her pre k teachers meat and greet. We were coming to the stop sign and both my wife and I saw over on the side of the street a dead timber rattler. Sad to see it had been run over. We've got big uns here and this one was fat and around 4 foot. Not the biggest but most certainly a dangerous snake. This was on a side street right behind the local hospital and about a 200 yards away from a del web community for older folks. Thought I'd chime in with that. So the next time you folks are out and about be careful where you put your feet and remember it doesn't "want" to bite you. Enjoyed PAPA!
Wow! I'd love to meet one of those some day... under the right circumstances.
Now that'd be a vid I'd like to see! Make sure you get some footage for us as that one is sure to be sketchy.
I scroll down and @papa-pepper picked it up..... of course. LOL Next we are going to see you riding on the back of a lion in Africa taking a selfie as proof!
That does sound nice! Perhaps!
yaks.that's scary.very poisonous one.
That is craaazy!!
Want me to bring one over so you can practice?
You'd have to!!! If i found it i'd probably be dead from a 12 gauge!
Oh wow he really is such a beautiful snake! The clarity you captured on his face is spectacular!👏👏👏

These photos are stunning! How big was this bugger? And what kind of lens did you use to get it so close?
19 inches long, and the camera was usually right on top of it. Here's a video showing some of my dangerous creature photography style, but I'm going to do one soon about how to get better shots of creatures like this.
thats a pretty kickass snake beautiful close up too
