Not bad for only having one quail...

Pinkie-Pepper informed me that we finally got a quail egg. We kept one quail that we had hatched last because it was too small to harvest on culling day, as it had just been hatched out. It may be a somewhat lonely life for the quail, but it's doing well. Obviously, the egg is not fertile, so we'll be eating it rather than trying to hatch it. She also showed me a handful of chicken eggs laid the same day. Fresh eggs for breakfast! Enjoy the photos!
