THE MINI-PREDATORS ARE ON THE PROWL
These lizards are part of our Organic Pest Control Posse!
On our homestead, a lot of wild animals live. Many small reptiles and amphibians are used in our garden to help keep the pests in check. By allowing the natural food chain to operate, we have far less garden pests that we otherwise would have. This is an Eastern Fence Lizard that our daughter was photographing earlier today. We're glad to have them here, and glad that our children can use such amazing creatures to help develop their photography skills. Enjoy the photos!

It is the law of the strongest or the food chain, some animals are predators of others and vice versa, seeing the photos reminds me of my mother, when boy aI saw a lizard and I was scared, she tells me, calm she needs to eat too.
