What an experience!!!
Red-Pepper and I had an appointment to help some friends today. This put us about two hours away from home, but near a place that we had recently heard about, and we heard about the gar there too. Sure enough, there were gar. By the end of the day, we had worked incredibly hard in the hot sun and enjoyed some swim time at the creek, and we each caught our first gar ever on fishing poles. I hope that we can do this again soon. We plan on putting out a video too, but for now, enjoy the photos!
