COOKING WITH PAPA BEAR - BAKED CORNISH HEN
@paradise-found was doing some cooking on a recent visit to my in-laws for Labor Day weekend. Its kinda funny how I chose the Cornish Hens for this meal; I bought them frozen and used them in a cooler to keep things cold for the drive to Iowa. Thus the Cornish Hens served a double purpose!!

To complete the meal, I steamed corn on the cob, cooked brown rice and cut up fresh veggies (tomatoes & cucumbers). Everything turned out wonderful and the entire family enjoyed this fabulous feast.
