Pie with plums and sand crumbs
Ingredients
- 180 g of margarine;
- 180 g of sugar;
- 330 g of sifted flour;
- 1 egg;
- pinch of vanillin;
- ½ teaspoon baking powder;
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 500 g of plum.
Preparation
Mix 80 g of margarine, 80 g sugar, 180 g of flour, egg, baking powder and vanilla. The dough can be kneaded by hand or with a mixer.
Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment. Distribute the dough on the bottom and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Pour into bowl residues margarine (100 grams), sugar (100 g) and flour (150 g), add cinnamon and mix until formation of crumbs.
Cut the plums in half and remove the bones. Put berries cut up at the chilled dough and crumb strew sand. Bake the cake for an hour at a temperature of 180 ° C.
