Today I have again got a chance to share my recipe with you. I would like to say thank you to this community. The community allows me to share my recipes with everyone every week. So friends now I am going to share my recipe in the Food Challenge contest week #61.
- Friends, now only three days are left for the month of Ramadan to end. We cook different types of delicious food every day in our homes during Ramzan. In this month of Ramadan, we get a chance to cook delicious food every day. Today I am telling you how to make Chinese rolls. We need a little more material to make it. But it looks very tasty to eat. I like this Chinese roll very much. That's why I tried to make it at home today, this Chinese roll has become really tasty. You too would definitely like to make this once. So let's start. Making today's Chinese roll recipe.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING CHINESE ROLL RECIPE

CHINESE ROLL RECIPE
- First of all, we have to take a packet of noodles to make Chinese rolls. We have to keep water in a pan for heating. When the water becomes hot, we have to let the noodles boil by adding all the hot water. Keep in mind that we do not have to boil the noodles too much. If you want, you can also add some oil while boiling it. From which our noodles will be different.
- After the noodles are boiled, we will take out the noodles in a vessel. We have to use such a vessel. So that all the water gets drained out of the noodles. I have taken such a vessel here. From which all the water comes out. Now we will keep the noodles aside and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Now we will take cabbage, carrot, and green chilies to put in the noodles. Which we have to chop finely. You can also use capsicum. I have taken only green chilies here. We have to heat the oil in a pan.
- After the oil is hot, first of all, we have to add green chilies. Later we have to add cabbage and carrots as well. We have to cook till the water comes out of the carrot and cabbage.
- When cabbage, carrots, and green chilies are cooked, we have to add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt to it. When we put all the spices. After that, we have already kept the noodles which have been boiled. We have to put it in this prepared material. And mix it well.
- Now we have to add Red Chili Sauce, Green Chili Sauce, and Soya Sauce to the noodles. Due to this the taste of noodles tastes good. I put two spoonful of all the sauces here. You can use it according to your own.
- Now we have put all the ingredients in the noodles. And it has to be mixed well as well. Let it cook for a while. Now the noodles are ready here. After preparing the noodles, now we will prepare the ingredients for making the rolls.
- To make Chinese rolls, we have to take a packet of all-purpose flour. We have to clean the flour. Then we have to knead the flour by adding water and a little salt.
- Now we have to make round balls from the kneaded flour dough. Then we have to make bread. After making the roti, we have to keep the roti in the pan in such a way that it is raw and firm.
-Now we have to cut the bread. Then we have to make cone type roll. We have to prepare the dough by adding some water and some flour to this roll to stick it. The roll can be pasted while making the roll. After making the shape of the roll, we prepared the noodles. We have to fill him in on the roll.
- Now we have prepared the rolls. Now we will save. Which we have to apply on the roll. It looks very good after applying roll sev.
- In this way, we have to make all the rolls. I have made a few more rolls here. You can make as many rolls as you want. Chinese rolls look as good as they look. They taste good to eat as well. The taste of this roll looks very tasty. I like it very much. We have to heat the oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, we have to fry the rolls.
