Pratice kicking

He try to practice to kick into the hole for a few day. It's look easy and say when he try it was a kind of difficult. I told him that all the star player also they train themselves for taking free kick. but he still need a lots of practice and skill to get it right for his kick. The problem is whenever he miss his target, he was so exhausted. Please give me some advice for him to motivate him....
