Hello friends in Steem Kids and Parents community. I am glad to resume writing in this contest again. I have made up my mind that I will be sending in my post in the area of health every Monday due to personal experience and challenges I've had lately.

It has not really been easy with me financially for the past 3 years. I bring in my thoughts thinking I could perform a miracle to solving these real life puzzles, yet, it seems impossible, to worsen the matter it is in turn endangering my health and I came to a conclusion that I may not be the only one going through this problem. So, I decided to share to benefit my Steem it friends.

As I was thinking in my mind to write this post a serious one happened in my office just this morning. A friend and a colleague just moved into her breaking limit and guess what it triggered? Ewoh!! Asthma!!!

SELF HEALTH CARE PART ONE

I will start by asking this question what is your health breaking limit or boiling point?

If you are Science oriented you must have come across the word breaking limit, boiling point etc. in subjects like physics, chemistry or biology.

In my mind I have always thought about physical materials like elastic, rubber band, water, metals etc. as the only thing that can actually reach their elastic limit to a point of becoming brittle that is becoming worn out and can no longer stand stretch.

It never occur to me that we humans can reach our elastic limit to the point of becoming brittle until my first experience in 2010. Even after that experience it was not clear to me until 6th of September, 2024 when I became brittle and completely out of shape, up to the point of changing from my normal state into something abnormal but for God who used the market women I have been sitting together to sell crayfish by the road side to package me back home where I was later taken to the hospital for proper care. What happened that day has constantly happened in my life has occurred 7 times within the period 3 years. For me I will count myself fortunate to have people that has always care for me and taken me to the hospital for those number of times despite my "stubbornness" it is in quote because that's the word my husband uses to describe me when ever it occurs. But is it the right word to use. I do not know for now, as we progress we will get to know and understand the right words to use. For you reading this post now you may be lucky like myself or unfortunately not be and untimely death or something disastrous may happen to you.

Just as you are now, have you ever taken time to find out or asked yourself "what is my boiling point or what is my breaking limit?" What can actually change my state into something abnormal that will put my family and loved ones at risk of loosing me or something disastrous, that I can actually become brittle or unstable. Just like water that changes it state once it reaches it boiling point of 100⁰C. We all know that once water gets to it boiling point which is 100⁰C it will change its state to gas, and further evaporates into space where it condenses to liquidity to fall back as rain, snow etc.

The disadvantage for human is that if proper care is not taken by your family and healthcare givers when you are at your breaking limit or boiling point you may die, or run evalasting madness or became disabled in a way that you can no longer be put back into your loveable state and this becomes a problem on its own.

So how do you learn to know your breaking limits, it triggers in order to avoid and seek professional health care services just to keep you healthy, alive an in better shape to stay and solve real life puzzles that live through at us on daily basis.

I personally know my boiling point, triggers and early warning signs. What is your boiling point.

So, the only assignment I will be giving you now is to take a break, think for some moment and asked about your elasticity limit, or boiling point. Do you ignore them, think that nothing can happen or do not even know it at all.

There will be a continuation of part two next week. Thank you for stopping by.

Please let's make it interactive, just as I am writing it in a contest I will like us to keep the conversation alive. On this note I invite my friends @bela90, @eveetim, @patjevel, @wakeupkitty, @ngoenyi, @goodybest and many other of my friends to join in this contest.

I'm sorry for the stress you might have passed through. Like you've stated, we all know our boiling point, thankfully, we know when it's almost getting to its limit for us to take caution.

I understand that we may consider many things if we decided to rest but we truly need the rest. If there's anyone who loves rest and care, it's me. Even if it's not how it should be, I try my little.

Nigerians will say "problems no go ever finish."

Thank you for your concern. My Dear is not everyone that knows their boiling point like myself I never knew until this last crises that was worse than others that has been happening. Most people blame it on witchcraft or attack when it happens while some don't even take notice of it.

Thanks for your immense contributions

Upvoted. Thank You for sending some of your rewards to @null. It will make Steem stronger.
