Greetings my friends I am pleased to send in my content again on this contest though it Isa bit late, it is better late than never. My phone fell out of my hand and scattered on the floor while the writing this post and the screen became completely blank that is the reason for the delay. I am sorry. I head to borrow #18,000 (79steem) from a friend to fix it yesterday evening.

Last week, I talked about over working our system of body to reach our breaking limit or boiling point. This normally happen once in a long period of time when you must overstretched yourself.

The situation in reaching your elastic limit or boiling point normally have one solution to enable you return back to your stable state and that is Doctor's advise and recommendations. The question is how many of us usually adhered to our Doctor's advise and recommendations?

In my case, I am highly spirited or do I say religious in nature. So, I believe more in God than the Doctor's declarations, advise and recommendations. My reasons are that I have seen God practically heal me in diverse sick situations and as such flaunt my Doctor's advise and recommendations when I actually reached my boiling point and elastic limit. For clarification note that when something reached it elastic limit is does not stretch any longer for instance rubber band will break and be cutting once it gets to elastic limit. The same is humans, the begin to become unstable changing their forms and the reaction varies per individual. I my case of becoming unstable I exhibit insanity.

Aside my religious beliefs I have reasons I refused to take the recommended drugs by my Doctor:

  1. Financial implications: The drugs recommended by my Doctor's where practically expensive and at the first crises, I was not working and could not afford the checkup bills with drugs. This became a problem, for instance combinations of those drugs which I was supposed to buy costed #20,000 (87 steem).

  2. Drugs reactions: Another reason I refused to take those drugs was how the drugs reacted in my system. The drugs used to torment with sleep since it was meant to make me relax. It put me in a state of slow motion, both in walking, thinking and doing this. This was a very bad feeling for me. At some point of having a slide relief I will dispose the drugs and stop taking them. These actions I took rather made me fragile and susceptible to triggers. As a result I kept on having crises at a little exposure to triggers and I have had a reoccurrence for more than 8 times within a period of 2 years.

Would you say that I was sturbon just like my husband said our there were situations that led to my actions? How was I supposed to be treated in that state or how are people in that condition supposed to be treated are they supposed to be pampered or treated in a harsh and disrespectful way?

Send in your contributions. Next week we will be looking at whether people at breaking or boiling point should be blamed for their actions and how to treat them until they be able to understand their health situation and adhere to medical advise and recommendations.

Let me invite my friends @patjewel, @manuelhooks and @eveetim to send in their post in this contest.
