Una pregunta retumba siempre en la mente de aquellos que no han aceptado a Dios en sus vidas, e incluso, en un momento de duda, también a aquellos que sirven al senor: Si Dios es bueno, ¿por qué existe tanta maldad en el mundo?

La respuesta a esta interrogante es muy sencilla, la encontramos en 1 Juan 4:8: «…Dios es amor». Todos los aspectos de la naturaleza de Dios, comienzan con esa característica en particular: Dios es un Dios de amor y compasión, y Sus intenciones para la humanidad siempre serán buenas (Génesis 1-2).

Entonces, ¿por qué continuamos viendo muertes, guerras y aflicción en el mundo? Esto sucede porque la humanidad ha escogido rechazar el buen plan que Dios ofrece (Génesis 3).

El amor de Dios se continúa manifestando, incluso en la condición de destrucción y aflicción que se encuentra el mundo. Él nos dio una salida —la cual consiste en escoger la vida por medio de hacer a Jesús nuestro Señor y Salvador (Juan 14:6)—. La Palabra de Dios nos enseña que, si creemos en nuestro corazón que Dios resucitó a Jesús, y confesamos que Jesús es nuestro Señor, seremos salvos (Romanos 10:9-10).

La opción que Dios nos da para escoger, no se trata de seguir una religión o un sistema de creencias. Sino permitirle cambiar por completo nuestra vida, y que nos haga nuevas criaturas en Él (2 Corintios 5:17).

Sólo existe un verdadero Dios. Así que no debemos enfocarnos en encontrar un dios que encaje en nuestro concepto de lo que dios debe ser; sino ver al único y verdadero Dios por quien Él es, y aceptar la salvación que nos ofrece.

A question always rings in the minds of those who have not accepted God in their lives, and even, in a moment of doubt, also those who serve the Lord: If God is good, why is there so much evil in the world? ?

The answer to this question is very simple, we find it in 1 John 4: 8: «... God is love». All aspects of God's nature begin with that particular characteristic: God is a God of love and compassion, and His intentions for humanity will always be good (Genesis 1-2).

So, why do we continue to see deaths, wars and affliction in the world? This happens because humanity has chosen to reject the good plan that God offers (Genesis 3).

The love of God continues to manifest itself, even in the condition of destruction and affliction that the world encounters. He gave us a way out-which is to choose life by making Jesus our Lord and Savior (John 14: 6). The Word of God teaches us that, if we believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus, and confess that Jesus is our Lord, we will be saved (Romans 10: 9-10).

The choice that God gives us to choose is not about following a religion or belief system. But let him completely change our life, and make us new creatures in Him (2 Corinthians 5:17).

There is only one true God. So we should not focus on finding a god that fits our concept of what God should be; but to see the one true God for whom He is, and accept the salvation He offers us.
