In this food item you do not have to worry about the ingredients. You can make this dessert item with few ingredients and less efforts.
- Carrots are the main ingredients of this recipe. It is a colourful vegetable. Carrot also make this recipe colourfull.
- Sugar is used of sweetness.
- Ghee is used for flavour.
- Milk powder is used for create an attractive look of this dish.
Yes, I can say this dessert item is associated with our tradition. We make this food item in Eid-a-Miladunnabi and also in some festivals. It is known as Gajor halwaa in our country.
The reasons that make this recipe a perfect fit for the winter season is the ingredients. More specifically the carrot. We all know carrot is a vegetables of winter. We can buy all over the year but in winter the carrot is fresh and cheap. In winter season we can buy carrot with cheap rate. On the other hand I also want to tell the cooking method is also preferable for winter season. It takes time to prepare this item on stove. So in winter it is comparatively easy to cook this item. Dissert is always preferable to eat no matter which season it is but in winter it becomes more delicious, I don’t know why.
For answering this question I have to share the my secret method with you all.
- I chopped the carrorts into small pieces for saving my time. If you cut these into small species it will take less time to prepare.
- I used presser coocker and wait for 2 wishtle for early cooking. In presser cooker vegetables boil in minimum time. It takes only 10-12 minutes to boil the carrot properly.
- Add sugar after blend the carrot by blender. This is the special technique to make this recipe.
- Add ghee gradually in the mixture pan and cook it for 20-25 minutes and your dessert is ready to eat.
- Decorate the food Creatively. Here I am sharing my serve plate of soft carrot dessert.
