A US coroner has stood by his conclusion that a woman died of an overdose of THC – the active ingredient in cannabis – after experts cast doubt on the finding. In what would ostensibly be the first confirmed case in the country, coroner Dr Christy Montegut, of St John the Baptist Parish in Louisiana, said an unnamed 39-year-old woman died in February after vaping THC oil.
She vaped a ton highly concentrated THC-concentrated oil. Well, that is not smart. Anything is good to put Cannabis in a bad daylight.

I do believe one can die if one ingests thousands of milligrams. Which is possible in an edible. But to vape and get the high doses required to die, I doubt it. I cast a lot of doubt in this finding, and mainly because this happened in Louisiana. Louisiana is such a backwards state when it comes to cannabis. So I call bullshit on this doctors conclusion.
I follow you, would have been like 100 % pure THC, and even then...

It’s not funny that a woman died, but this story is a joke. Those that support prohibition will continue to manufacture crazy “facts” as they kick and scream against the tide.
I bet a million dollars this doctor is a 64 yo bible thumping man.
Of course it’s not funny, but people die from various reasons every minute...
