RECIPE - "Unsweetened Vegetable Muffins"
Hello again, how are you? Another sweet recipe without sugar, suitable for babies and adults, because from my own experience every time I make some of these sweets at home they fly!
- 1 banana
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 grated carrot
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons carob
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate
- Grate the carrot and put it aside in a bowl. Put the rest of the ingredients in the glass of the mixer and blend until you have a dough left.
- Then add the carrot to the mixture and beat it with a spoon.
- Carefully pour the mixture into a muffin tin.
- To prevent it from sticking, you can butter the mould.
- Put the oven with heat only below and bake for 20 minutes at 180 º.
