Monte cilantro is a tropical herb. It is native to tropical America, where it grows wild, but is grown throughout the tropical world. It is used as a condiment for its characteristic smell and taste, very similar to European cilantro, but stronger.

In, the countries of tropical Latin America such as: Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Cuba, among others, the leaves are used fresh, whole or chopped, in the same way as parsley .

In Venezuelan cuisine, the leaves are used, as a complement in soups, stews and even in sauces, it is called cilantro de monte, also known as culantro in Peru.

Its root is also used. Because of its antispasmodic properties, cilantro is very useful in cases of diarrhea, both in children and adults.

As a digestive it is very useful to treat cases of constipation, painful digestion and disorders of the digestive system in general.

It is very good and healthy I love to cook with cilantro is very fresh and its knowledge is intense gives an intencidad to the food super fascinating louso especially for the soups.
