Turned banana cake
Is a fairly complete recipe because many people are unaware of this great benefit as it is, that the banana helps to take care of the heart, is a food rich in potassium, an essential element to lower blood pressure.
One way to lower blood pressure is to consume more potassium, a nutrient found in abundance in bananas. A banana contains about 12% of the necessary potassium. A medium sized banana provides 12% of the daily fiber we need.
When we go hiking especially with the children should not miss bananas as it represents a load of extra energy, also help us to quickly resolve an unforeseen menu. There are many benefits in my house never miss a banana, because besides the ripe bananas are advised in case of stomach because they soften the inflamed digestive mucosa.
That's why I share this recipe, which besides feeding us gives us the pleasure of a sugary taste, especially if we make a snack with a good piece of this volteado and a good cup of tea, we will be super fed, also is the charm of the smallest of the house.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
4 bananas
1 tablespoon butter.
1/2 cup brown sugar.
1/4 cup water.
2 eggs.
1 cup of sugar.
1 1/2 cup flour.
1/2 cup milk.
1/2 cup oil.
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
1 teaspoon banana essence.
Instructions
Grease a mould with anti-stick spray and reserve.
Put in a saucepan and heat high the water, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and boil for 3 minutes, turn off the heat and put the butter, mix until integrated. Then pour the freshly made caramel on the mold and move all over the surface below (not on the walls of the mold). Chop 2 bananas in slices and place at the bottom of the mold, and set aside.
For the cake beat the eggs for about 5 minutes at high speed, add the sugar and beat one more minute.
Slow down and add the oil, milk, essences and the two remaining ground or crushed bananas.
Mix until integrated.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a wrapping spatula until fully integrated and no lumps are visible.
Finally pour the cake mixture into the mold with caramel and banana and bake approximately 30 minutes at 180° depending on your oven and the mold you use will be the cooking time, check and prick with a toothpick in the center to make sure it is ready ... if the toothpick does not come out clean is that it is still raw.
When it is ready, take it out of the oven and wait 5 minutes to unmold. Run a knife through the walls of the mold and on a base turn in a single movement the bread.
You can wait for it to cool completely or enjoy it warm, it depends on your taste.
