W smaku dość słodko, doskonale czekoladowo-kokosowe z dodatkiem wanilii, trochę drewna, dość palone, alkoholu nic nie czuć, gęste okrutnie.

Wysycenie: niskie

Beczka zdominowała to piwo, mimo wszystko jest elegancko. Dla mnie najlepsze piwo w 2019r, teraz uważam, że w 2020r też najlepsze, mam nadzieję, że w 2021r wypiję coś lepszego, chociaż mam drobne obawy, że może się nie udać.

Piję właśnie w 2023, dalej trzymam się tej samej wersji, w mojej ocenie, piwo urywa du...

No i 2025 nadszedł, mam wrażenie, że piwo utraciło na aromacie, z drugiej strony, uciekło trochę słodyczy i nie ściąga już tak języka, Ciągle podtrzymuje zdanie, że piwo jest rewelacyjne.

Ostatnie które mi zostało.
Aromat poleciał, ale w smaku, doskonałe. W tej chwili, już nie widzę powodu by je dalej leżakować, nie wiem co można tu dalej poprawić. Pięknie się smaki połączyły.

Aroma: Chocolate, light coconut, weaker than before.

Color: Dark brown. Taste: Quite sweet, perfectly chocolate-coconut with a touch of vanilla, some wood, fairly roasted, no alcohol heat at all, incredibly thick.

Carbonation: Low.

The barrel has dominated this beer, but it’s still elegant. For me, the best beer of 2019, and now I think it’s the best of 2020 too. I hope I’ll drink something better in 2021, though I have slight doubts that it’s possible.

Drinking it now in 2023, and I’m sticking to the same opinion; in my view, this beer is mind-blowing.

2025
Well, 2025 has arrived. I feel like the aroma has faded, but on the other hand, some sweetness has escaped and it’s no longer so cloying. I still maintain that the beer is sensational.

The last one I had left. The aroma is gone, but the taste is excellent. At this point, I see no reason to cellar it any longer; I don't know what else could be improved here. The flavors have blended beautifully.
