Outside The Club
Have a glimpse of Soho, London by getting lost in Carnaby.
So is this the door of the house I just bought? Leaving Richmond, the a bit too far west, for the never as busy as pre-Covid central part of the city? I didn’t actually, I like a property with more outdoor space.
This is the location for the official London debut of Jimi Hendrix, the legendary guitarist and song writer. Paul McCartney has also played here.
Today the majority of people have no clue that this club hosted a Jimi Hendrix experience.
A family of four however got their private guide to stop and asked the photographer to take a picture of them right here. I wasn’t their guide, or the one meant to capture their day out in London so I just moved on.
It started raining so we got seats in a pub, under an outside shelter and despite there being no sign of sun, I ordered a gin and tonic. Then I watched that it actually takes at least three to manage an umbrella, which was the size of a parasol so fair enough.
When, if ever, was the last time that you played at being a tourist in your own city?
A. Today
B. Last year
C. Maybe tomorrow
D. Never

C! In my town there is always a lost ha ha
What are those flowers called? I like them!
Cheers!
🙈 Maybe you need more signs 🪧 and free Wi-Fi 😊 That’s a wisteria tree. I planted such in my auntie’s garden earlier this year. The wisteria featured in the photos here is just made of plastic though but it still does look nice and creates a special atmosphere 💟
I think that people lack glasses because they don't see the signs or the signs ha ha, those flowers must be more beautiful natural!
Thanks for killing my curiosity!
Cheers!
