Kia Ceed 2019 Review & Road Test

The all new Kia CEED, this premium hatchback is ready to take on the german equivalents. The Kia CEED starts at unbelievably just over £18000, however the top of range modelthe GT will cost you just over £27000.

The model we have on review is the 2, the base level model it's equipped with a 1.6 diesel CRDI 16v Turbo coupled to 6 speed manual gearbox, and it develops a staggering 280nm of torque and has 114bhp, and it and comes with a range of engines and gearboxes as well as a selection of trims.

The 2 is the base model and still comes standard with automatic lights, cornering fogs and mainbeam assist as well as some tech too, Apple car play and Android Auto, the standard radio is very good quality and comes with DAB and Bluetooth, however you can upgrade to a JBL system.

This car runs on adblue and deliver around 70mpg, we achieveed 48mpg driving spiritedly.

There is a seclection of trims to choose from including the 2, 3, there are 7 in total, you can option the CEED up and down as you see fit, including blid spot detection, full leather 10 way electronic seats, heated and ventilated seats, sunroof, LED front and rear lights and the list goes.

This car is fabulous, it's nippy economical and roomy too, a decent size boot and is very comforatble too.
