What is Suman Latik?
Suman is made from sticky rice wrapped in the banana leaves,it is accompanied by a latik which is boiled and thickened coconut milk, vanilla, sugar and salt.
It is a very common food here in Northern Samar where you can buy every morning in the market.
This is my kind of food :-)
