Adam schiff in a purple tie and a Soviet Union pin has taken his head off and there's a big pink or Racer there and he is telling Matt gates to go absent himself and I added or you will be a raised by my eraser head and then Matt gates with a heart pen and good hair is just looking at him I tried to make it simple. You know I wanted to cross hatch it and add a background but people tell me to simplify my car toons so I just stopped there even though there's a lot of blank space. I wanted to make Matt gates say something but I thought I would just leave that. There is a little chibi expressions on top of Matt gaetz and that's the expression for shock and anger . the little red thing.
Adam schiff's nickname is pencil neck and he really does have a pencil neck I draw him all the time I see it it's definitely there.
I drew this one upside down like the reference photo of him was upside down and I drew it upside down because sometimes it helps you draw better when you can see what's taking up realestate and you're not distracted by the eyes and you just exaggerating you see what kind of shapes there are and you go through every facial part like the mouth mound the bridge of the nose and from the chin to the ear the side ... So the side of the head you have to drop 2 circles you have to draw lines coming from each nostril to the bottom of the chin for the Phil trim. Is it short is it wrong you have to describe the eyes the eye lids the eyebrows you have to describe what they look like before you draw it that way. it helps you when you draw ..you can just ..you know.. exactly what to exaggerate.
I drew this in a few drafts.. there is no tracing there is no caricature warp tools.
I was not going to let Adam schiff get away with this.
I can't post to Instagram because the top right corner of my phone the touch screen doesn't work and that's where the next button is ..I got rotation control app..for rotating.. the phone but it's not working for Instagram ..you just can't rotate to landscape mode ..so I can't post to Instagram.
I also can't post to Facebook. Have a 30 day ban I don't know why. I was not being bad I was just posting cartoons. I'm actually a nice person on line.

Matt gaetz has every right to be there the government is not owned by Adam schiff. Pencil neck..doesn't live in the house.. it's not his house.
How would the democrats like it if republicans behind closed doors ..lawmakers did things without them.. just excluded them and went forward as if they didn't exist.?
I mean if we can give them a pass for this.. then maybe it'll be justified when we do it ..but I doubt it . They will never be fair ...and it's not right to do it anyway.. there's gotta be a way to outsmart them using brains reason or may be some Roger stone tricks just short of a illegal .

But hes dead serious kind of acting like it's an SNL..sctv skit.
