Yes, you can. First go to bitshares.org, download the bitshares light app. Open an account and you will see what the rate is. You can trade directly towards bts, which is nice. Once you have an account, it is quite easy to transfer sbd. Spend some time with the application, it is quite complex and takes some time to get used to.

What's the difference between BitShares and the BitAssets?
Will SBD go up soon? I hope so. I lost money when moving SBD from Steemit to Poloniex. I want to sell SBD and buy BTC but do not want to lose too much in the exchange. I would rather profit when trading.
Most likely not. Sbd is designed to be approx a a dollar and there are instruments in place to keep it there. I miss the days when I got 11k sats for it.

Also @joeyarnoldvn I wouldnt trust Poloniex with anything Steem/BTS/EOS. Poloniex has been acting super funny when it comes to these so this is just my heads up to you. I moved over to Bittrex and its been working great so far. Ive also been suggested DEX if you want to look at that.
SBD target price is 1$. Sure that it can go up, but the objective of witness is to try to avoid that.
