Ingredients
- 1 big uk carp
- to taste lime
- Leaves of lettuce for decoration
- Flour spices, I wear kobe
Sauce material:
- 1 green / red pepper
- 1 large onion uk, roughly chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, geprek, roughly chopped
- 2 thin sliced carrots lengthwise
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Melted cornstarch
- to taste salt
- to taste White sugar
- to taste Seasonings
How to Make
- Coat the fish with lime, let stand for 10 minutes
- Spread fish with seasoning flour that has been given a little water
- Sprinkle with dried flour, let stand for half an hour to allow the spices to sink in
- Prepare plenty of oil over medium heat
- Fry the fish until golden yellow, and ripen, remove, set aside
- For Sauce: saute garlic geprek, garlic chopped until fragrant
- Enter carrots, and peppers, stir fry until wilted
- Enter tomato sauce, enough water, sugar, salt and flavoring
- Add cornstarch, cook until bursting out
- Turn off the fire, fish on a lettuce
- Pour sweet sour sauce over it
