Just few hours before noon today, it began to pour.... and as I write, it's still pouring, and drizzles at best.

While most parts of the city could contain the downpour of rain from the sky, some tiny parts could not; the drainage is overclocked (in crptyo mining terms)
It crawled int o buses, cars... you name it
