Right after JonSnow was beat holding queens finding himself up against kings was a spot to make a move. Position, timing and Jon blowing off some steam in chat helped set it up. Might of had something to do with the pot taken holding 42 a couple of hands before. Still don't try this at home, got to be a trained professional.......not.
