Ghumar is the dance style of Rajasthan. It was built by Bhal tribe and later adopted by other Rajasthani community. This dance most women wear veil and wear a swirling dress called "Ghaghara". Ghumar is often done on special occasions like marriage or Holi. Ghumar's songs can be centered on royal legends or their traditions.
घूमर राजस्थान की नृत्य शैली है।इसका निर्माण भील जनजाति द्वारा किया गया तथा बाद में अन्य राजस्थानी समुदाय द्वारा इसे अपनाया गया।यह नृत्य अधिकतर महिलाएं घूंघट लगाकर और एक घुमेरदार पोशाक जिसे "घाघरा" कहते हैं, पहन कर करती हैं।घूमर प्रायः ख़ास मौकों, जैसे विवाह या फिर होली पर किया जाता है।घूमर के गाने शाही किंवदंतियों या उनकी परम्पराओं पर केंद्रित हो सकते हैं।

The surroundings of Lehngis are called 'Aquarius'. Therefore it is called Ghumar dance.
