Serialized in the Dragon Age, was published between 2006-2011 and consists of 11 volumes.

Genres: Comedy, Slice of Life and seinen.

Although the manga focuses largely on comedy, it is only in its last volumes when it is loaded with drama, much of the story shows us amusing situations and when dealing with part of the otaku culture is plagued with references to many animes, manga and video games (how many references do you manage to catch) and other more realistic situations of the complicated and sometimes natural that can be a parent relationship, and also doing justice in the little confidence that can be given to them these fans of "Japanese popular culture" and as precisely the fact of being an otaku enables you more to understand the feelings of children.

This is an excellent manga, one of my favorites of the genre and in general, I recommend it and I assure you a good laugh and if you are sensitive even a couple of tears. A cute story with a good level of drama / comedy.

I totally agree with your review!!

Otaku no Musume is one of the manga I read and finished (I think I did at the start of 2017) and it was enjoyable ride!!

This manga had a lot of themes I find.... controversial?... I can't believe they actually allowed it to be published but I think it's a good thing they did. I disagree with as much things in this story that I agree with!!

And the characters are all interesting!!... while the mother depicted as a villain by the end, all her argment is very natural and I can say that the father is the one who's (more in the) wrong.

I liked this manga.... not as a favorite but as a manga to spend time on..

Also it showed the Otaku relatively realistically!!

Thanks for your comment ;) I like mangas that try to show the otaku in differents ways. This manga could allowed more deep themes but for being an soft an relaxing manga its pretty nice.
