THE HEALING I NEED

Heal…
She said, healing takes time.

She smiled and moved to the next, immediately. I had let go of him she said.
I blocked his contact, deleted his number, and cleared the chats after he hurt me. So, the feeling is gone.

“Then came a text”...
“He was the next”...
Quickly, she gave in he was the main flex.

She yielded without thoughts to onto the next relationship. She felt she had healed and let go of her ex.

Suddenly, after some months there was a beep on her phone. She didn't want to pick up the strange line that just called.

It kept ringing, with uneasiness she picked up the call.

“Hello”....
“Who is on the line please?”....

“It's Harry”...

“Harry? Which Harry…

“It's me babe….

“Babe?”... No, don't babe me I'm in a relationship. We had cut ties so why coming back.

“I miss you babe”... He said
Suddenly, the emotions all came flooding in. I had healed from him right, I had let go but no not now, part of her wanted to be with him again even though she tried hard to resist it still came flooding.

Distance could now be sensed, text laid unattended to, I love you became scarce, the peaceful relationship became threatened. Harry had come into the picture again and threatened what felt peaceful.

This wasn't the first time she let it happen, she felt bound to Harry, he became her weakness. She just couldn't tackle him so, others paid for the pains trying daily to prove they are just right.

Now, she realized the fault wasn't theirs.
She felt no relationships were working but then she decided to sit and analyze why.
And then it occurred to her she had never healed fully. She had let Harry continuously become a threat in her relationship. Now, she has to let go and heal if she wants something stable.

Hitting her knees on the floor, beside her bed she prayed that soul ties be cut off. She decides to fully pour out all the love she gives out to herself and focus sternly.

I know letting go is hard and healing takes time. But, I guess it's worth it remember hurt people hurt people. So, let go and heal so you don't hurt others.
